Rhonda Goodman has worked at Active International for 3 years as the Recruitment Manager. Her role is to fill all the vacant positions within the corporation. Rhonda is particularly comfortable with the fact that if a temporary worker from RJ-Staffing does not meet the criteria for the job, her company can dismiss that individual within 4 hours, and incur no penalty. Conversely, sometimes a quality temporary worker becomes the right fit for a full-time position in the same or similar capacity at Active International. "When you hire someone on a permanent basis, that individual is guaranteed for 90 days."

In any given month, Active could hire 7-14 people, another could be a month that requires only a few temporary workers.

Currently, Rhonda is working with RJ-Staffing to help target permanent positions. "If an agency sent me bad quality candidates, I wouldn’t be using them. I expect an agency to know my profile, send me good resumes that are on target and in a timely manner. Agencies are a dime a dozen, I could get 5 phone calls while I’m away from my desk. but RJ-Staffing makes me look good. They make my job easier."
